Henrico Community Authors Showcase

Henrico Community Authors Showcase

Come see Richard Rose, author of House of a Thousand Rooms. This collection assembles poems of many lengths and forms, ranging from songs to science fiction, from headlines to history, and from inspiring lyrics to engaging dialogues. Rose is a Richmond-based writer and composer who published two additional titles in 2022- Forms of Resistance and Death on His Heels in Richmond. His poems and stories reflect experiences in teaching, environmental research, opera production, military service, and of recent events in Richmond.

Read, discuss, and connect with other writers and readers in our community. Local authors sign up and share their books. Visit henricolibrary.org/authors for details. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

The Henrico Community Authors Showcase is a self-service program for local authors. Please note that the Library does not endorse the content, quality, position, or opinions of participating authors or their works. While the library may promote the offering of this service to the community, it is the responsibility of authors to promote their individual showcase events according to the author guidelines.
