This program is part of our larger Fandomonium event and is sponsored in part by the Friends of Henrico County Public Library.

HCPL Costume Policy:

All props must be made of lightweight materials such as foam, plastic, or cardboard. No sharpened edges of any kind are allowed. No mock fighting of any kind. Posing with “weapons” are permitted for the photo booth, and masks are permitted. Weapons may not be pointed at anyone at any time. No projective weapons of any type. Library staff have the right to modify these rules on the spot should they deem it necessary.
