Exploring the Spiritual Anatomy
Begin your New Year by exploring the anatomical, energetic, and spiritual human body. Recently released by Kamlesh D. Patel, his book Spiritual Anatomy: Meditation, Chakras, and the Journey to the Center has been described as an "atlas for consciousness". Join volunteers from the Heartfulness Institute for a workshop that will walk you through the role of the chakras and their importance in our spiritual well-being.
