Author Talk: Pat Garber Across the Years

Author Talk: Pat Garber Across the Years

Join award-winning journalist and author Pat Garber as she discusses her work as an environmental anthropologist, memoirist, and nature writer. Garber's many travels and experiences have been incorporated into her writing, including the nature column "From Sea to Sound" (1990-1999) and Ocracoke Wild: A Naturalist's Year on an Outer Banks Island, both based on her life in coastal North Carolina. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Garber's artwork will also be on display in the library during the program. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

This event is part of our program series in anticipation of All Henrico Reads with Cheryl Strayed, sponsored by the Friends of Henrico County Public Library.
