Unleash your inner mad scientist with a process called "spherification." Create liquid noodles and squishy spheres using Sodium Alginate and Calcium Lactate solutions. We will have a variety of juices to use for your experiments. All supplies provided. Relevant books for learning more will be available for check-out.
