Spooky Cosplay Contest
Enter the FANGdomonium: Teen Spooky Fest cosplay contest for a chance to win a prize! Sign up between 1:00 and 3:00 PM in the library lobby. Winners will be announced at 3:30 PM in the meeting room.
HCPL Costume Policy:
All costumes must be suitable for a community-friendly event. All props must be made of lightweight materials such as foam, plastic, or cardboard. No sharpened edges of any kind are allowed. No mock fighting of any kind. Posing with “weapons” are permitted for the photo booth, and masks are permitted. Weapons may not be pointed at anyone at any time. No projective weapons of any type. Library staff have the right to modify these rules on the spot should they deem it necessary. Suitability is determined by library staff. If you have questions about your costume's appropriateness, please email asullivan@henricolibrary.org prior to the event.
