Drawing on the long legacy of her family, both home cooks and professional dietitians, Chef Trice Myrick-Alston will use fresh, locally-obtained and seasonal ingredients to treat us to her healthy spin on family dinners. Her work honors the influence of her mother, grandmother, and African-American ancestors in her own style of cuisine.
