Author Talk: Sharon Pajka's The Souls Close to Edgar Allan Poe
Historian and Gallaudet University English professor Sharon Pajka will discuss her recently published book, The Souls Close to Edgar Allan Poe: Graves of His Family, Friends, and Foes. Focusing on the Richmond cemeteries at St. John's Episcopal Church and Shockoe Hill, Pajka will explore the stories and final resting places of numerous people who influenced Poe during his formative years. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Sponsored by the Friends of HCPL.
