We continue our limited series of bi-monthly screenings of food-themed movies with Today's Special (2009, R, 99 min.). Samir, a chef at an upscale New York restaurant, quits after being passed over for a head chef position. Before he can follow his dream to study in France, he must take over his family's Indian restaurant in Queens.
