Virginia Housing First-time Homebuyer Class
Learn the entire homebuying process from start to finish, and how to stay on track as a responsible homeowner. The class will cover Personal Finance, Managing Credit, Role of the Lender, Working with a Real Estate Agent, Home Inspection, and the Closing Day. This free, no obligation class satisfies Virginia Housing's educational requirements for a VHDA loan, and all participants will receive a 2-Year Certificate of Completion at the end of the class. Registration is required and will open one month before the class at VirginiaHousing.com/FindAClass.
