Aviation Adventure
The Virginia Department of Aviation will bring their ICON A5 Introduction to Flight program to the library. A light sport amphibian aircraft will be available. Two people at a time are able to sit in the cockpit and learn about flight controls and the instrument panel. Participants will learn about how aircraft fly and aviation careers. In addition, there will be a demonstration of a flight simulator.
