Lisa Dance is a UX Research Consultant/Founder at Service Ease where she helps organizations improve the usability of their websites and apps. Her background includes working with Indeed and with Genworth on a website that won 17 national and international awards. She is a public speaker, contributor to CMSWire, and creator of the annual UX Census (RVA) Survey designed for the UX Community in the Richmond area.
