Financial Aid Basics

Financial Aid Basics

Get ready to fund your education! In this workshop presented by the College Place, students & parents will: Navigate the FAFSA process step‑by‑step and learn about federal and state aid options, understand eligibility requirements for grants, loans, and work‑study programs. You can also create your own FAFSA ID on‑site, so you are prepped and ready when the application opens on October 1.

Bring your questions—and your mobile device—to leave this session confident and empowered to secure the financial support you need for college and training programs.

Check out other programs related to financial aid and college readiness.
