Making History with the Library of Virginia: Volunteer Transcribe-a-thon
Earn volunteer hours and learn about Virginia history! Volunteers will transcribe handwritten pages and historical newspapers by reading the text and typing it into digital form. Help us tell the narrative of all Virginians and help make historical documents more searchable and usable for researchers now and in the future.
Registration is required for students who need access to a library computer. Students who bring their own laptops do not need to register. Tablets and phones are not encouraged.
