Speech and Language Development in Children
For child care providers. Every child develops at their own pace and while some speak early and often, others may take longer to develop their speech and language skills. Being aware of common speech and language milestones can help caregivers advocate for a child if they need some extra support. Come learn about language development milestones with Dr. Susan Combee from Scottish Rite Child Language Center. Child care providers will earn 1.5 hours of continuing education credit.
