Learn to Meditate

A workshop for beginners interested in learning meditation techniques to destress, detox, and find peace and joy from within. A certified facilitator from the Heartfulness Meditation Center will share simple techniques that can be practiced 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening that may produce transformative benefits from the inside out for some people.
