Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga was created in 1995 in Mumbai India by Dr. Madan Kataria and is now practiced in 108 countries and at over 6,000 laughter clubs. During this 30-minute online session, the laughter leader will discuss the history of laughter yoga and its physical and psychological benefits and then guide participants through a series of laughter exercises and deep breathing. All ages and abilities welcome. No special clothing, equipment or yoga experience necessary.
