Teen Illustration Workshop with R. Gregory Christie
Teen artists are invited to an illustration workshop with Coretta Scott King Award winning illustrator R. Gregory Christie. All materials will be provided.
Christie has illustrated more than 60 books, including Answering the Cry for Freedom. He has also created a Kwanzaa Stamp for the United Postal Service and done everything from John Coltrane album covers to animated films on Netflix.
Registration is required for all attendees and opens one month prior to the event. Please call the Varina Library at (804) 501-1980 x 6 if you need help with registration.
