 for Self-Healing teaches readers how to reclaim their personal power to 
 heal. Carolyn Pitts is a Health Coach certified by the American Council on 
 Exercise (ACE)\, and ACE Behavior Change Specialist\, and a Healing Touch 
 Professional. She is a member of the College of Lifestyle Medicine and The 
 Healing Touch Professional Association. She shares wellness information on 
 her YouTube channel\, Intend Well with Carolyn Pitts\, and through her 
 newsletter\, The Intention Circle.\n\nRead\, discuss\, and connect with
