Our largest public rooms have tables and chairs available that you can configure to suit your group.
The Libbie Mill Meeting Room features a projector, screen, an 86" TV Panel with Crestron conference bar for small group meetings of 15, Wire Free or HDMI connection for public devices, a podium, a BluRay/DVD player, a handheld, podium, or lapel microphone, a rolling whiteboard, and PC with internet access to connect to the room AV displays. A kitchenette is located adjacent to this room. Check with the library if you have special requirements.

The Libbie Mill Meeting Room is located on the first floor, between the Circulation Desk and the lake-facing side of the library. Please check in at the Circulation Desk prior to using the room.
