A traditional conference table with executive chairs is ideal for clubs, committees, and larger study groups. Conference rooms are intended for community groups or organizations and not for individual use.
Henrico County Public Libraries offer reservable spaces where you can meet up and collaborate. To reserve a conference room, the following items will be required:
- A valid Henrico County Public Library card and PIN or "password". If you don't know your PIN, please click here to reset
- A valid email address
As per HCPL policies, the following are prohibited in Conference Rooms:
- Selling of goods or services
- Admission fees or tickets sales for meetings or events may not be collected at any time
