Henrico County Public Libraries offer reservable spaces where you can meet up and collaborate. Meeting rooms are intended for community groups or organizations and not for individual use.
To reserve a meeting room, the following items will be required:
- A valid Henrico County Public Library card and PIN or "password". If you don't know your PIN, please click here to reset
- A valid email address
Set Up:
Our largest public rooms have tables and chairs available that you may configure to suit your group. The reservation time should include any set up and/or take down time. Please keep in mind that Library staff will not be available to assist in the configuration of the room. Staff will gladly be available to assist you set up any audio/video equipment.
Capacity:
Any configuration of tables and chairs will lower the room capacity and the maximum capacity will be based on the number of tables and chairs used.
The Glen Allen Meeting Room has the maximum capacity of 80 people seated, theater style set up.
Seated at a table, the capacity lowers to 30 people. Contact the library for more information.
As per HCPL policies, the following are prohibited in Meeting Rooms:
- Selling of goods or services
- Admission fees or tickets sales for meetings or events may not be collected at any time
