A traditional conference table with executive chairs is ideal for clubs, committees, and larger study groups.
Henrico County Public Libraries offer reservable spaces where you can meet up and collaborate. Conference rooms are intended for community groups or organizations and not for individual use.
To reserve a conference room, the following items will be required:
- A valid Henrico County Public Library card and PIN or "password". If you don't know your PIN, please click here to reset
- A valid email address
The Glen Allen Conference Room has the maximum capacity of 12 people. Contact the library for more information.
As per HCPL policies, the following are prohibited in Conference Rooms:
- Selling of goods or services
- Admission fees or tickets sales for meetings or events may not be collected at any time
